hello :D today was the first i entered a class at celebrity fitness .it was body combat .since it was my first time i did it with passion .unfortunately the class wasnt suitable fr a beginner like me .though i jog fr an hour a day it is still nt a guarantee fr me nt to feel exhausted when m attending the class :D
after half an hour of body combat ,i surrendered .enough of it !!! haha i went out n did my flexi .me n my mum waited fr my sister to end her class up .so while waiting i spent the time wisely by doing some exercise .
the instructor was a female n she was tremendous ! she was being accompanied by a man to shadow her .i love her style .she was a chinese girl .in fact ,both instructors were chinese .i had so much fun .but when my chest started to ache ,i stopped n walk away .haha im not fit enough YET .
then my mum's trainer approached her n they talked fr abt 5 minutes .then he spoke his opinion out to me .based on what he observed ,i had put some weight on .i was so shocked because so far ,if im nt mistaken .ive lose fr abt 5 killos in a month . A MONTH !!! then we talked to our consultant ,apparently ,he said the opposite opinion .he said ,WE had LOSE some weight ,n its obvious .because i n my mum havent been to celebrity fitness at wangsa walk fr a long time .we spent our time working out at CF midvalley .so basically he could see the different in me .i was so happy then :D
